Chocolate Orange Lava Rocks
Sonubaits Lava Rocks, Lava Rocks can totally transform a method feeder. This clever little addition is best used by shaking some Lava Rocks out into the base of a method mould; a little goes a long way, so a thin layer is fine. Then put some groundbait or softened 2mm pellets in the Method Mould, place your hookbait in, and add more groundbait or pellets. Firmly press the method feeder into the method mould, and, when you release the method feeder, the Lava Rocks will be on the top of the feeder. This means that when your method feeder has landed, the Lava Rocks cause a big cloud of attraction on top of the feeder, enticing fish to feed. Lava Rocks have a multitude of different uses. They can be added to PVA bags or PVA stockings, they can be put in the middle of groundbait balls, or they can be cupped directly into the swim, which is especially productive when fishing the margins. They are available in 5 standard colours to suit a variety of fishing situations: Black (unflavoured) is particularly effective in winter when the water is clear, or on lakes that have lots of silt. Red (unflavoured) is one of the most powerful colours; it stands out in different water conditions. Green (unflavoured) is excellent when used in conjunction with green groundbaits. Yellow (unflavoured) is the brightest of the standard colours and stands out well against a dark lake bed. Chocolate Orange is a great colour when fishing commercials, with the bright colour standing out well, and giving you the edge on pressured venues.

Spicy Meaty Method Mix (2kg)
SPICY MEATY METHOD MIX PART OF THE FISHMEAL GROUNDBAIT RANGE BINDING 3 TEXTURE 2 WHAT'S THIS? If you want a strong smelling groundbait then this is for you. Red in colour and unmistakable in its potent smell of spicy sausage this is the ideal groundbait for heavily coloured water in commercials or on rivers as the fish rely on their sense of smell rather than eyesight. Developed on a crushed pellet and fishmeal base with added meat and bone meal along with Spicy Sausage Flavour this is the meatiest groundbait we can make. Perfect for all species but has found favour with specialist anglers for Carp, Barbel, Bream and Chub. It can be fished on a Method feeder, through a cage feeder or simply balled in, it also acts as a great carrier for other baits and has seen some amazing catches when using meat as a hookbait. Ade Kiddell (Specialist Angler) says "This is the smelliest groundbait I have ever used, perfect for the river when it is in flood as the scent washes through the flow and attracts fish to the feeder" MIXING GUIDELINES Spicy Meaty Method Mix is simple to mix. Empty the 2kg bag of groundbait into a round mixing bucket, fill a 2 pint maggot tub with water, pour this onto the groundbait and mix thoroughly, then allow it to rest for 30 minutes, during this time the water will be absorbed into the groundbait. Then for best results; to remove any lumps and create an even consistency, pass the groundbait through a riddle and it is ready to use. When fishing sun and wind may dry the groundbait out a little, to combat this you can cover the mixed groundbait with a damp towel or if it does dry out just add a little more water and mix again.

Worm Fishmeal (2kg)
WORM FISHMEAL PART OF THE FISHMEAL GROUNDBAIT RANGE BINDING 3 TEXTURE 2 WHAT'S THIS? Worm Fishmeal is as its name suggests a groundbait made dehydrated worms and fishmeals. By dehydrating any product it removes most of the water so concentrates and intensifies the flavour. Dehydrated earthworms have a unique smell which fish can't resist. The dehydrated earthworm is then crushed to release even more flavour and then added to a mixture of crushed pellets, fishmeal, breadcrumb, meat extracts and cereals creating a unique groundbait for all species of coarse fish especially Carp, F1's, Bream, Tench and Roach. It has found favour with anglers using chopped worm on commercials and natural venues and is equally suited to be used on a Method feeder, open end feeder, cupped in or simply balled in. Once you have added water to this you will see the bits of worm rehydrating, releasing all of their natural attractants through the groundbait. Mick Vials (England Feeder Team) says "This is a great mix for the feeder, I mainly use it on natural venues in conjunction with chopped worm, fishing for mixed bags. The colour is perfect, nice and dark and the inclusion of dried chopped worm which rehydrates when you mix it really does enhance it. I have had some great success using Worm Fishmeal both in the UK and Europe." MIXING GUIDELINES Worm Fishmeal is simple to mix. Empty the 2kg bag of groundbait into a round mixing bucket, fill a 2-pint maggot tub with water, pour this onto the groundbait and mix thoroughly, then allow it to rest for 30 minutes, during this time the water will be absorbed into the groundbait.

Maggot Fishmeal (2kg)
MAGGOT FISHMEAL PART OF THE FISHMEAL GROUNDBAIT RANGE BINDING 3 TEXTURE 2 WHAT'S THIS? Maggot Fishmeal is one of our most popular groundbaits, we knew maggots were one of the best baits ever and because of this, we wanted to harness their fish catching ability in the form of a groundbait. Fishing maggots come from the blue bottle fly which is the maggot used in making Maggot Fishmeal groundbait. When the fresh maggot has reached full size it is dehydrated. By dehydrating any product it removes most of the water so concentrates and intensifies the flavour. Dehydrated maggots have a unique smell which fish can't resist. The dehydrated maggot is then crushed to release even more flavour and then added to a mixture of crushed pellets, fishmeal, breadcrumb, meat extracts and cereals creating a unique groundbait for all species of coarse fish especially Carp, F1's, Bream, Tench and Roach. Ground maggots add a significant protein content and smell to the ground bait, a natural fish attractor, catches on this ground bait have already exceeded expectations. Once you have added water to this you will see the bits of maggot rehydrating, releasing all of their natural attractants through the groundbait. Andy Power (Commercial Specialist) says "This is one of my favourite groundbaits, the inclusion of dried maggots creates the perfect groundbait for all venues and species of fish as we all know every fish will feed on maggots. Dried maggots have a concentrated flavour which smells like casters. This seems to draw bigger fish in more quickly and by using Maggot Fishmeal groundbait I seem to catch a better stamp of fish which is key to winning when fishing close matches." MIXING GUIDELINES Maggot Fishmeal is simple to mix. Empty the 2kg bag of groundbait into a round mixing bucket, fill a 2-pint maggot tub with water, pour this onto the groundbait and mix thoroughly, then allow it to rest for 30 minutes, during this time the water will be absorbed into the groundbait.

Margin Carp (2kg)
MARGIN CARP PART OF THE FISHMEAL GROUNDBAIT RANGE BINDING 4 TEXTURE 4 WHAT'S THIS? A mix for catching lumps down the edge. We all know that a match can be won or lost in the last hour as often the bigger fish move to the edge and start feeding confidently, this is why it is important to have the right groundbait to feed in the edge. Carp are attracted to groundbait and they will come in and feed confidently if the area is primed. The problem with a lot of groundbaits that people use for catching carp in the margins is they are too light and don’t contain enough feed to keep the fish feeding. Often when carp come into the margins they will stir up the bottom when feeding and as soon as they are hooked all the groundbait which has brought them to the margin is wafted away by the hooked fish. Because of this, we created a groundbait which not only draws the carp to the margins but also keeps them there as even if the fish kicks up the groundbait, the majority of it will drop back down in the same area rather than being washed away. We have created this groundbait by using heavy ingredients which we have crushed into small particle sizes, this means that once you add water they soak it up and become heavy so when a fish does stir the groundbait up the weight of the particle size takes it back to the bottom very quickly and therefore keeps the rest of the fish feeding in the margins. Andy Power (Commercial Specialist) says "I get through a lot of this when the bigger carp get caught in the margins, I mix it as soon as I get to my peg to make sure are the particles are as heavy as the can be, when I sense the time is right I will cup some in loose to move out any fish which are there without spooking them and then I will put plenty in for when the fish come back and start feeding, it is the best mix to use when fishing for carp in the margins" MIXING GUIDELINES Margin Carp is simple to mix. Empty the 2kg bag of groundbait into a round mixing bucket, fill a 2-pint maggot tub with water, pour this onto the groundbait and mix thoroughly, then allow it to rest for 30 minutes, during this time the water will be absorbed into the groundbait.

Supercrush Green (2kg)
SUPERCRUSH GREEN PART OF THE FISHMEAL GROUNDBAIT RANGE BINDING 2 TEXTURE 2 WHAT'S THIS? A firm favourite for match anglers in the UK and Europe on commercials and natural venues this versatile groundbait can be used in a number of different ways. It is made by crushing green Koi pellets to a fine even consistency. Because of its fine particle size it can be mixed to be quite sticky, perfect for the Method feeder but will still break down easily, or it can be mixed a little drier which creates the perfect feed for skimmers or F1's or in shallow water because it creates a fine spread of groundbait which fish will settle over and feed but without filling up. It is good for all species of coarse fish but has gained a particularly big following for bream anglers. Dai Gribble (Specialist Angler) says "Supercrush Green is the best groundbait for Bream, it forms the base of my mix because of its strong fishy smell and it is the right colour to attract big bream. I mix it with chopped worm and fish it through a feeder, often spodding the same mix over the top to create a big spread of bait for the Bream to feed over) MIXING GUIDELINES Supercrush Green is simple to mix. Empty the 2kg bag of groundbait into a round mixing bucket, fill a 2-pint maggot tub with water, pour this onto the groundbait and mix thoroughly, then allow it to rest for 30 minutes, during this time the water will be absorbed into the groundbait. 50:50 Method & Paste Green (2kg)
50:50 METHOD & PASTE NATURAL PART OF THE FISHMEAL GROUNDBAIT RANGE BINDING 4 TEXTURE 2 WHAT'S THIS? Method feeder fishing is one of the most popular techniques used by modern match anglers, this means the fish have probably already been caught on it a number of times and therefore can be a bit wary or in some lakes, they have changed the way they feed. This was noticed by Des Shipp when he kept getting knocks on the Method but they were not turning into proper bites. This is because the fish were knocking all the groundbait off the feeder without touching the hookbait so effectively leaving the hookbait with no feed around it which defeats the object of fishing a Method feeder. So we decided to make a groundbait which was stickier, harder, denser and easy to compact onto a Method feeder for venues where this occurs. 50:50 Method & Paste Natural has a very high protein content which comes from fishmeals and ground pellets, and it is this which helps it compact round a Method feeder, this means it will easily withstand the impact of casting, hitting the water and the drop through the water and any little knocks from fish trying to knock away the groundbait. It is also for this reason that it has gained a big following for Method feeder fishing in deep water both in the UK and Europe. 50:50 Method & Paste Natural is the colour of fish pellets, perfect for fisheries where lots of pellets are used. It is not just a bait for the Method as the name suggests. The high fishmeal content lends itself perfectly to creating a paste for the pole just by adding more water if you prefer a really sloppy paste then keep adding water until the desired consistency is reached. Andy Findlay (Inventor of the Method Feeder) says "For waters that are more heavily pressured or have a lot of fish in then I use 50:50 for the Method Feeder, because it is a sticky mix that compacts well, I know that it is hitting the bottom intact on the feeder every time, it will also withstand the little knocks you get so I know that the groundbait is exactly where I want it, on and round the feeder in a nice tight little pile so the hookbait is presented perfectly on top." MIXING GUIDELINES 50:50 Method & Paste Natural is simple to mix. Empty the 2kg bag of groundbait into a round mixing bucket, fill a 2-pint maggot tub with water, pour this onto the groundbait and mix thoroughly, then allow it to rest for 30 minutes, during this time the water will be absorbed into the groundbait. Then for best results; to remove any lumps and create an even consistency, pass the groundbait through a riddle and it is ready to use. It is also for this reason that it has gained a big following for Method feeder fishing in deep water both in the UK and Europe. 50:50 Method Paste Green is a rich dark green colour perfectly suited to commercial fisheries. It is not just a bait for the Method as the name suggests. The high fishmeal content lends itself perfectly to creating a paste for the pole just by adding more water if you prefer a really sloppy paste then keep adding water until the desired consistency is reached. Des Shipp (England International) says: “50:50 is my go-to groundbait in deeper water, especially when targeting bream and an odd carp. The strong fishmeal smell seems to hold fish in the peg for ages, with the original green version being a particular favourite of mine in slightly clearer water. One the best things about this groundbait is that it works perfectly on a method feeder and on the pole meaning I only need one mix to keep catching all session.” MIXING GUIDELINES 50:50 Method & Paste Green is simple to mix. Tiger Fish (2kg)
TIGER FISH PART OF THE FISHMEAL GROUNDBAIT RANGE BINDING 4 TEXTURE 2 WHAT'S THIS? Tiger Fish is a mix developed by the Sonubaits team it is a blend of Tiger Nuts, pellets and fishmeals crushed into a groundbait for carp. It’s a sweet-smelling mix that came about after various discussions and observations from specimen carp fishermen, who were all convinced about Tiger Nuts and their effectiveness. As the Tiger Nuts are crushed it releases the natural sugars and oils which help the mix go sticky when mixed with water. This means it creates the perfect sticky mix for either the Method feeder or carrying extra particles and balling in. It also creates a great margin mix when cupped in loose, creating a fine carpet of crushed pellets and fishmeals along with tiny particles of crushed tigernuts which really gets fish grubbing around. Tiger Fish groundbait is part of a bigger range including feed pellets, and liquid flavour which can all be used by themselves or in conjunction with other baits. Michael Buckwalder (Irish International) says "This sticky nutty fishy mix is really effective in a number of different situations. Equally suited to fishing down the edge for carp on commercial fisheries or on the method in deeper water, and also on the feeder in Ireland on natural venues fishing with chopped worm for bags of skimmers and roach, it really is a true all round mix" MIXING GUIDELINES Tiger Fish is simple to mix. Empty the 2kg bag of groundbait into a round mixing bucket, add 1 1/2 pints of water to the groundbait and mix thoroughly, then allow it to rest for 30 minutes, during this time the water will be absorbed into the groundbait. The award winning Krill has become a revelation in recent years, with catches across the country proving the effectiveness of this must use product. At Sonubaits we sourced top quality ground krill then set about working with our world class consultants to combine different crushed pellets in order to find the winning combination. The finished product is Supercrush Krill, a groundbait designed specifically to combine these winning ingredients. In the UK, massive catches have been made across commercial fisheries on the mix. Best used in the margins, it combines the powerful attraction of krill with the blend of ingredients that holds the fish in the swim. Krill groundbait is part of a bigger range including hookbaits, feed pellets, pastes and liquids which can all be used by themselves or in conjunction with other baits. Michael Buckwalder (Irish International) says "Krill groundbait is the best on the market, using real dried krill mixed with fishmeal pellets makes this a very distinctive smelling groundbait, ideal for commercial fisheries and natural venues." MIXING GUIDELINES Krill is simple to mix. Exploding Fishmeal Feeder (2kg)
EXPLODING FISHMEAL FEEDER PART OF THE FISHMEAL GROUNDBAIT RANGE BINDING 2 TEXTURE 3 WHAT'S THIS? This is one of the first groundbaits that was made by Sonubaits, it has really stood the test of time still being one of our most popular baits for all coarse fish. Made from crushed fishmeal pellets, crushed hemp and fishmeals. It is ground to a medium texture which allows the mix to be used in different ways. It was designed to be used in a cage feeder and mixed on the dry side so it comes out of the feeder easily, more water could be added if the mix was to carry chopped worm, maggots or casters. Because of the speed at which it comes out of the feeder it can be used to build up a swim quickly, finding favour with many specialist and match anglers. Chris Ponsford says "This is my favourite groundbait for fishing natural venues with a cage feeder, it catches Carp, Bream, Tench, Roach and just about anything with a tail, it is great for plugging feeders as it allows me to build an area which means I can catch more fish quickly" MIXING GUIDELINES Exploding Fishmeal Feeder is simple to mix. Empty the 2kg bag of groundbait into a round mixing bucket, for a really active mix add 11/2 pints of water, or for a mix which will carry more bait fill a 2 pint maggot tub with water, pour this onto the groundbait and mix thoroughly, then allow it to rest for 30 minutes, during this time the water will be absorbed into the groundbait. Cheesy Garlic Crush (2kg)
CHEESY GARLIC CRUSH PART OF THE FISHMEAL GROUNDBAIT RANGE BINDING 4 TEXTURE 4 WHAT'S THIS? Designed for river Barbel and Chub, this mix is based around crushed Hemp with the addition of Halibut Pellets and a very strong garlic powder. It has a coarse texture and binds well making it ideal for feeder fishing or balling in. The ground Hemp produces a very light oil which is released immediately, even in cold temperatures giving instant attraction and the heavier fish oils in Halibut pellets are released at a slower rate and keeps pumping out of the pellets as the water flows over them so drawing fish to the feeder for a prolonged period of time and the extra strong garlic powder is washed through the swim drawing in fish to the bait. The variation in size of particle means that fish pick up the trail as the smaller bits get moved downstream creating a trail to the bigger bits which stay round the feeder. Ade Kiddell (Specialist Angler) says "Cheesy Garlic Crush is the perfect groundbait for floodwater Barbel and Chub, because crushed Hemp is one of the main ingredients it is perfect when the river is running a little cooler due to fresh rain or through the winter where other more fishy groundbaits would not perform as well. I use a Cheesy Garlic Pellet O as a hookbait although any smelly hookbait such as luncheon meat works equally as well." Mixing Guidelines Cheesy Garlic Crush is simple to mix. Empty the 2kg bag of groundbait into a round mixing bucket, and add around 1 1/2 pints of water for most fishing situations and mix thoroughly, then allow it to rest for 30 minutes, during this time the water will be absorbed into the groundbait. Then for best results; to remove any lumps and create an even consistency, rub between the palms of your hands. Hemp & Hali Crush (2kg)
HEMP & HALI CRUSH PART OF THE FISHMEAL GROUNDBAIT RANGE BINDING 4 TEXTURE 4 WHAT'S THIS? Designed for river Barbel and used by all of our specialist consultants, it is a blend of crushed Hemp and Halibut pellets that have been coarsely ground together to create a mix perfect for the cage feeder, mesh feeder, river feeder or balling in. It also creates a great base for a PVA Stick Mix or a sloppy spod mix. When using through a feeder it can be mixed to create quite a sticky mix so it can be used even in flood conditions and the bigger particle size helps the groundbait break up and release from the feeder. The ground Hemp produces a very light oil which is released immediately, even in cold temperatures giving instant attraction and the heavier fish oils in Halibut pellets are released at a slower rate and keeps pumping out of the pellets as the water flows over them so drawing fish to the feeder for a prolonged period of time. The variation in the size of particles means that fish pick up the trail as the smaller bits get moved downstream creating a trail to the bigger bits which stay around the feeder. Dai Gribble says " If I am on the rivers I always have a bag of Hemp & Hali Crush, it is the perfect mix for the feeder because you can mix it to achieve the right consistency for whatever flow the river has on. Being made from Hemp and Halibut pellets it has the everything you need to attract shoals of Barbel on rivers such as the Severn or the Wye, or solitary fish on less prolific rivers, combine this with a Halibut Pellet O as a hookbait and fish with confidence.) MIXING GUIDELINES Hemp & Hali Crush is simple to mix. Empty the 2kg bag of groundbait into a round mixing bucket, and add around 1 1/2 pints of water for most fishing situations and mix thoroughly, then allow it to rest for 30 minutes, during this time the water will be absorbed into the groundbait. Bloodworm Fishmeal (2kg)
BLOODWORM FISHMEAL PART OF THE FISHMEAL GROUNDBAIT RANGE BINDING 3 TEXTURE 2 WHAT'S THIS? All anglers know the effectiveness of bloodworm, pretty much every fish will have encountered and fed on bloodworm and they instinctively recognise it as a food source. We have taken the humble bloodworm and enhanced it by freeze drying it to concentrate and intensify its flavour and smell. Dried bloodworm is then added to a mix of fishmeals, crushed pellets and other proteins including dried blood to form a groundbait that can be used in a cage feeder, on a Method Feeder, or simply balled in. Perfect for all species of coarse fish including Bream, Carp, Roach and F1's Neil McKinnon (Fishomania winner) says "Bloodworm Groundbait is the best red groundbait I have used, you can actually see the bits of bloodworm coming off the groundbait ball which triggers the carp to feed" MIXING GUIDELINES Bloodworm Fishmeal is simple to mix. Empty the 2kg bag of groundbait into a round mixing bucket, fill a 2 pint maggot tub with water, pour this onto the groundbait and mix thoroughly, then allow it to rest for 30 minutes, during this time the water will be absorbed into the groundbait. So Natural Black (1kg)
SO NATURAL BLACK PART OF THE TRADITIONAL GROUNDBAIT RANGE BINDING 2 TEXTURE 1 WHAT'S THIS? With the resurgence of silver fish fishing on natural venues and commercial fisheries over winter, we have decided that it is time to produce four new groundbaits specifically for silvers. We have developed these groundbaits in conjunction with some of the best silver fish anglers in the UK including Des Shipp, Lee Kerry, Steve Saunders, Mick Vials, Michael Buchwalder & Will Freeman. We took a fresh look at the market and decided to produce four new groundbaits all of which could be mixed straight from the bag or mixed with the others in the range to tailor a groundbait for a specific day on a specific venue. Being able to mix them with each other was of great importance to all of our anglers as natural venues change and therefore the groundbait needs to change to suit the conditions and the methods on the day. In general to create a heavier mix for slower break down in deeper water use So Natural River to strengthen the mix, for a darker mix with less feed increase the amount of So Natural Black, for a more active, lighter mix increase the amount of So Natural Lake and for a mix which is sweeter with a higher food content increase the amount of So Natural Bream, the possibilities really are endless. SO NATURAL BLACK This dark mix is perfect for using on the pole or feeder on canals or over winter, it is a very fine groundbait with lots of very finely milled and sieved hempseed that creates a quite slow acting and dormant groundbait with low feed levels that binds well. It can also be used to darken off any of the other So Natural Mixes. This has found particular favour with canal anglers and has amounted to numerous match wins on different canals throughout the UK and Europe. Steve Saunders (England under 18's Manager) says "this is a great mix for canals because it is fine and doesn't carry a lot of feed you can control exactly what you are putting in. It binds well and therefore whatever you mix with it you can be sure that by feeding a ball it will go to the bottom carrying any feed with it." MIXING INSTRUCTIONS So Natural Black is simple to mix. Empty the 1kg bag of groundbait into a round mixing bucket, fill a 1-pint maggot tub with water, pour this onto the groundbait and mix thoroughly, then allow it to rest for 30 minutes, during this time the water will be absorbed into the groundbait.

SO NATURAL BREAM PART OF THE TRADITIONAL GROUNDBAIT RANGE BINDING 3 TEXTURE 1 WHAT'S THIS? With the resurgence of silverfish fishing on natural venues and commercial fisheries over winter, we have decided that it is time to produce four new groundbaits specifically for silvers. We have developed these groundbaits in conjunction with some of the best silverfish anglers in the UK including Des Shipp, Lee Kerry, Steve Saunders, Mick Vials, Michael Buchwalder & Will Freeman. We took a fresh look at the market and decided to produce four new groundbaits all of which could be mixed straight from the bag or mixed with the others in the range to tailor a groundbait for a specific day on a specific venue. SO NATURAL BREAM A golden groundbait perfect for bream, skimmers and hybrids. It can be mixed up straight from the bag for use on a feeder or balling in on the pole. It has a high feed content including breadcrumb, ground maize, molasses meal and milled tiger nuts for sweetness. It binds well so it acts as a good carrier for other baits such as sweetcorn, casters and chopped worm and is a slow acting dormant mix ensuring it stays on the bottom. Lee Kerry says "When we started looking into developing a traditional range of breadcrumb based groundbaits I knew they had to be better than anything I had used before for them to be successful. The development of So Natural Bream was really interesting, working out what they wanted to eat and how to formulate the groundbait. The sweetness of the groundbait was really important and that comes from the tigernut flour and molasses which also helps to make the mix bind well. We were able to draw on my experience of fishing all over Europe, learning what works best and by combining this knowledge we were able to put together a groundbait which I firmly believe is the best groundbait to use for catching Bream from natural venues that aren't dominated by fishmeal baits." MIXING INSTRUCTIONS So Natural Bream is simple to mix. Empty the 1kg bag of groundbait into a round mixing bucket, fill a 1-pint maggot tub with water, pour this onto the groundbait and mix thoroughly, then allow it to rest for 30 minutes, during this time the water will be absorbed into the groundbait. Then for best results; to remove any lumps and create an even consistency, pass the groundbait through a riddle and it is ready to use. So Natural River (1kg)
SO NATURAL RIVER PART OF THE TRADITIONAL GROUNDBAIT RANGE BINDING 4 TEXTURE 1 WHAT'S THIS? With the resurgence of silver fish fishing on natural venues and commercial fisheries over winter we have decided that it is time to produce four new groundbaits specifically for silvers. We have developed these groundbaits in conjunction with some of the best silver fish anglers in the UK including Des Shipp, Lee Kerry, Steve Saunders, Mick Vials, Michael Buchwalder & Will Freeman. SO NATURAL RIVER A heavy mix with strong binding properties means it is perfect for using on the feeder or balling in on rivers. Being heavy will ensure that it goes straight to the bottom before breaking up. It is a slow acting dormant mix that is ideal for carrying other baits such as chopped worm and casters to the bottom or it can be added to other groundbaits to make them heavier and bind better for fishing in faster flow or deeper water. Mick Vials (England Feeder Team) says "So Natural River groundbait is one of my go to groundbaits, I always carry it in the van. I like the fact I can add it to any groundbait and it makes it heavier and bind better, this means I can tailor my groundbait to suit the situation on the day." "Used straight from the bag it mixes up into a really heavy groundbait which binds well, so it balls in easily and can be used to carry plenty of chopped worm, but one of my favourite feeder skimmer mixes is 1/3rd River, 1/3rd Bream and 1/3rd soil which is a nice heavy dark mix with plenty of feed for the skimmers." MIXING INSTRUCTIONS So Natural River is simple to mix. Empty the 1kg bag of groundbait into a round mixing bucket, fill a 1 pint maggot tub with water, pour this onto the groundbait and mix thoroughly, then allow it to rest for 30 minutes, during this time the water will be absorbed into the groundbait.
